Starting with the song “Speak to Me”, Dark side of the moon starts it’s hitting way of effecting world of Rock music. The song is mainly written by Nick Mason who handled band’s drums and played one of indisputable roles in founding the band Pink Floyd. It seemed  something like a big dream  for the members of the band, mainly for Roger Waters, to achieve through playing extraterrestrial songs which are characterized by their unique progression that was matchless on that time. The album tries to describe different periods of life, that we can interpret the first song as the birth of a new baby whom his/her parent tries to learn him/her speak, and simply they say: “ Speak to me” . Not to forget Mr. Wright’s endeavors , He has been associated in all parts of the album. Even tough his Roger Waters was to lead the band, He did not decreased his endless efforts. Our boy grew up and became the young man who was “On the Run” to get away from unexpected rat race of life. Apparently, there are many rumors over the song “The Great Gig In The Sky” which indicates religious senses of a Christian but it is still vague.

On the other hand, we have got the second part of the album which has made the drastic change in band’s career direction. Presumably, in this part band tries to imply the problems of that era indirectly by beating around the bush.

Finally, when it comes to “Eclipse” Pink Floyd’s main target of the album appears to be as bitter as considered.

“ There is no dark side on the moon really!”
